Bloc Loc 3" Finished Kite Ruler

Bloc Loce Ruler- 3" Kite in a Square Ruler Set includes oversized cutting templates and a ruler with grooves for creating perfect kite in a square blocks. The patent-pending channel in the grooved ruler locks onto the seams to make a perfect square cut every time. This set of rulers trims to 3.5" x 3.5" unfinished blocks.
