Returns

Every effort is made to ensure you receive first quality premium goods.  If you should have a product that is defective, we will exchange the item or refund your money at customer’s request.  Cut yardage, kits and copyrighted materials (books and patterns) cannot be returned.

If your item qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of purchase. We have to approve any returns.  The item must be in sale-able condition. All returns should be in the original condition and packaging and have no smoke odor to them.Customer pays for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited for the returned item only. In the unlikely event of packing errors or damaged merchandise, please call Bella Rose Quilts immediately and we will work out the details on a case by case basis.
