Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, with the exception of approved defective item claims as outlined below.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. All returns must be pre-approved by Bella Rose Quilts before being sent back. Once approved:
- The item must be in saleable condition, in its original packaging, and free of smoke odor.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are issued only for the cost of the returned item.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Cut yardage, kits, pre-cuts, custom-cut fabric bundles, notions, swag, sale or clearance items, and copyrighted materials (books and patterns) cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Limited Edition Boxes
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, including for deposits. Each box is carefully curated and includes everything specified at the time of order. Duplicate orders are the customer's responsibility and are not eligible for refund or cancellation once placed.
Subscription Boxes
All sales are final. Once payment has been processed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. All subscription box cancellations must be made 7 days before payment processing on the 20th bi-monthly. Duplicate orders are the customer's responsibility and are not eligible for refund or cancellation once placed.
Packing Errors or Shipping Damage
If your order arrives with a packing error or shipping damage, please contact us @ info@bellarosequilts.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping Responsibility
Bella Rose Quilts is not responsible for duplicate orders or delivery delays resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
International Orders
Customers ordering from outside the United States are responsible for all additional charges, including duties, taxes, and customs fees.
