Returns Policy

Every effort is made to ensure you receive first quality premium goods. If you have a defective product, we will exchange the item or refund your money at customer’s request.  Cut yardage, kits, and copyrighted materials (books and patterns) cannot be returned.

If your item qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of purchase. We have to approve any returns.  The item must be in saleable condition. All returns should be in the original condition and packaging and have no smoke odor to them. The customer pays for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited for the returned item only.

In the unlikely event of packing errors or damaged merchandise, please call Bella Rose Quilts immediately and we will work out the details on a case by case basis.

Subscription boxes:

Once a payment has been processed for a box, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. 

*There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns.

*If you are ordering outside the United States, you (the customer) will be responsible for ALL additional charges, fees, taxes or customs imposed on their purchase.*
