Jelly Baskets Quilt Pattern by Fig Tree & Co (Printed Pattern)
Well, the Jelly Roll craze continues with these fun traditional baskets made in a completely non-traditional way! These days I am really loving what you can do with a jelly roll and angled cuts. Using this method adds such a wonderful and seemingly complex element to our quilts and yet it is so simple and straight forward to put together! In fact, this pattern only uses half of your jelly roll, so you are free to use the other half for another wonderful project! So if you love the way angled cuts look but have been intimidated by them and/or haven't decided what to do with that latest Jelly Roll, here is your chance to shine! This quilt will also allow you to try our quick, no y-seam way of making diamond blocks. Don't miss out on this great method and this stunning quilt. Pattern includes easy step by step directions for both Jelly Rolls or any group of 2 1/2" strips.
Made using the "Gypsy Rose" collection by Fig Tree for MODA.
